Nubank House is an immersive experience, free and exclusive to Nubank customers, that brings the public closer to the world of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. The space brings together historic items and original driver equipment, an official replica of the Mercedes-AMG W17 E Performance car, racing simulators, pit stop challenges and other interactive attractions.
From November 4 to 8, 2026, at Parque Mirante, on the 7th floor of Nubank Parque, in São Paulo.
Hours: 10 AM to 9 PM, with last entry at 8:30 PM.

Check-in takes place on the ground floor of the parking garage building, next to the elevators.

Yes. The age rating is all ages. Children and teenagers aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The attraction is exclusive to Nubank customers, who can reserve tickets for themselves and their guests.
Yes. Admission is free, with a ticket reservation or subject to availability at the venue.
Go to the official Nubank House page on Sympla, choose an available date and time, and complete your reservation. Limit of 4 tickets per CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID).
Within your reserved time slot, arrive whenever suits you best, explore Nubank House and enjoy each experience at your own pace.
Tickets are released in stages:
- October 20: Nubank Ultravioleta customers.
- October 21: Nubank Croma customers.
- October 22: all other Nubank customers.
Tickets are limited and subject to availability.
Each Nubank customer can reserve up to 4 tickets per CPF, including their own and up to 3 guests.
No. Only the person making the reservation needs to be a Nubank customer, and they must prove it by showing the Nubank app. All guests must enter together with them.
No. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Yes. You can come to Nubank House without a reservation and wait for an opportunity to enter. Entry will be organized on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Check your email or open the Sympla app. If you still can't find your ticket, our team can look up your reservation at the entrance; just provide the email address used to claim it.

You can arrive at any time within your reserved time slot. Outside that period, entry is subject to availability.
